I've watched some videos on it. Some doctors recommend to start with a low dosage. Very important to take it on an empty stomach in the morning and then wait an hour before eating. I just started with 40,000 spu's. Another important thing is to not take it every day long term. Watch some videos and learn how to take a break from this supplement and then take it again for a few weeks at a time. I'm using the Best Naturals brand. Some of the doctors recommend the Doctor's Best brand, but according to what I read recently, I think the Best Naturals is a better brand. I've only taken it for a few days, but I know my excessive congestion has already gotten better and maybe it's a coincidence, but I am sleeping better already too. I feel these good effects with taking the low dosage. This supplement can be very good for your circulatory system. Definitely do your research on it.

At 51 I stopped consuming land animals in Sept. 2022 and I've been enjoying grilled salmon, shrimp and other sea life, boiled eggs, hydraponic salads and I've cut down my sugar intake by 3/4 ot less. Around 2015-16 RJ was told by doctors he'll never walk again. While in the hospital he "self healed" himself to walk again. RJ's Healing course doesn't specifically tell you how to get rid of disease but does specify very interesting methods to help move you into being higher frequency. Health challenges, like diseases and all mental trauma, cannot and do not survive within the higher frequency body/mind. Dr. Marasu Emotto discovered that everything not only has frequency but that you can change the frequency of things especially diseases within you and it's your thoughts and feelings which you can change into being higher frequency and low frequency reality (fear, hate, confusion etc.) cannot exist. Does the frequency aka energy of the dead animal flesh affect those who consume it in some kind of frequency way(s)?? I think so but that's just my opinion. Some cultures believe that when you consume animals you also consume their souls. Strangely enough, I relate that belief to organ transplant recipients, many of them have changed personality and not for the better. Basically what one needs is money or just enough to have financial freedom. It’s a lot more than just money but money can definitely help become financially free. The ones that were free were the Indians but a new world order was created that changed everything. In those days people worked the land just to eat and make a home but it wasn’t a all day or a every day thing. Today we have to work every day to pay bills, eat, pay taxes etc because almost everything has to do with money. The system was created to control and keep us poor and sick.
